Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Fixture
Carefully repack the lighting fixture in its original box, ensuring all mounting hardware, crystals, and instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the item back to our distribution center for inspection.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse confirms the item is in new condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
